Growth Guru, AB (“Us” or “We”) provides the www.mygrowthguru.co site and various related services (collectively, the “site”) to you, the user, subject to your compliance with all the terms, conditions, and notices contained or referenced herein (the “Terms of Use”), as well as any other written agreement between us and you. In addition, when using specific services or materials on this site, users shall be subject to any posted rules applicable to such services or materials, which may contain terms and conditions in addition to those in these Terms of Use. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms of Use.

BY USING THIS SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE, PLEASE EXIT THE SITE NOW. YOUR REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THIS SITE, OR ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, CONTENT, OR OTHER INFORMATION AVAILABLE ON OR THROUGH THIS SITE, IS TO STOP USING THE SITE AND/OR THOSE PARTICULAR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES. YOUR AGREEMENT WITH US REGARDING COMPLIANCE WITH THESE TERMS OF USE BECOMES EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON COMMENCEMENT OF YOUR USE OF THIS SITE.

Effective Date and Modifications

These Terms of Use are effective as of the “Last Modified” date identified at the bottom of this page. We expressly reserve the right to change these Terms of Use from time to time without notice to you. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this site and these Terms of Use periodically to familiarize yourself with any modifications. Your continued use of this site after such modifications will constitute acknowledgement and agreement to abide by the modified Terms of Use. However, for material modifications that alter your rights or obligations, such amended Terms of Use will become effective upon either (i) your continued use of the site with actual knowledge of such modifications, or (ii) 30 days from the publication of the modified Terms of Use on this site. Any disputes will be governed by the Terms of Use in effect at the time the dispute arose.

Overview of Services

Growth Guru, AB provides access to elite Growth Gurus offering specialized services. To ensure a quality experience, our terms of service have been set for mutual benefit. Any violation of these terms may result in termination of your account.

Your Growth Guru plan and tasks are non-transferable. You may not sell or give away tasks, but you can purchase a plan for others, and we’ll be happy to assist. Your account is also non-transferable. Each plan includes a set number of hours per week, and any unused hours do not roll over to the following week.

Growth Guru, AB reserves the right to adjust pricing, including subscription fees, without prior notice once the initial contract term has expired. Custom solutions that fall outside the scope of typical services may incur additional fees.

If a payment method is declined, you will have 48 hours to resolve the issue. If not resolved, we reserve the right to pause or terminate services.

Term of Agreement

All plans are governed by a monthly subscription model, which starts the day your Growth Guru begins assisting you. There is a 90-day minimum commitment, after which your subscription will renew on a month-to-month basis. The first payment is charged on the date of onboarding, and subsequent payments occur on or near the first of each month.

Requests & Tasks

You can submit tasks for your Growth Guru via phone, email, or SMS, and you are welcome to submit multiple tasks at once. Your dedicated Growth Guru will handle your tasks, and you may request a change of Guru at any time, at no additional cost. This transition typically takes 1-2 weeks.

Ownership and Confidentiality of Work Product

Any work created by your Growth Guru (reports, templates, spreadsheets, etc.) remains your property. Growth Guru, AB grants you a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and non-transferable license to use any such work for your own purposes.

Your confidential information, including intellectual property, remains solely yours. We will not disclose it to third parties, and any of your confidential information incorporated into the work will be removed prior to any external use.

Guarantee & Warranty

We strive to provide accurate and effective services, but we do not offer a warranty on the information, tasks, or projects completed by your Growth Guru. While we are committed to quality, Growth Guru, AB cannot be held liable for any errors or resulting issues.

Early Cancellation

If you cancel after completing the payment authorization form but before the onboarding call (the first day your Growth Guru starts), you will be charged a cancellation fee of $2,500 per approved role, billed to the card on file.

Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate your service for any reason at any time. Should this occur, you will receive a prorated refund for the period you’ve already paid for. Possible reasons for termination include but are not limited to:

• Repeatedly requesting tasks outside of your service plan.
• Abuse or unethical treatment of your Growth Guru or any other staff member.
• Requesting illegal or unethical tasks.

If you wish to terminate your service, 30 days’ notice is required.

Non-Solicitation Provision

To protect the investments we’ve made in recruiting and training Growth Gurus, you agree not to solicit any Growth Guru assigned to you for a direct employment or contractor role for a period of 24 months after termination of your relationship with Growth Guru, AB. Should you solicit a Growth Guru to leave and work directly for you, you agree to pay Growth Guru, AB a one-time fee equivalent to two years of your monthly subscription.

Data Rights and Protection

We value your privacy and adhere to global standards for data protection. Upon discontinuation of services, you may request full deletion of your data from our records.

• Consent: You can give or rescind consent at any time.
• Data Portability: You can request an electronic copy of your data.
• Privacy by Design: We’ve built our systems to prioritize customer privacy.

Employee Benefits

Growth Guru, AB provides employee benefits to our Growth Gurus. You are not responsible for providing any employee benefits, and neither we nor any Growth Guru will participate in your company’s employee benefit plans.
